Tour guides are responsible for providing safe, entertaining and informative tours of the Caverns. You will make all our guests feel welcome and follow Smoke Hole's established guidlines and boundaries. You will also help maintain the cleanliness of your work area.

Food service employees are required to follow Grand County Health Department guidelines for preparing, storing and vending food items in safe and sanitary conditions. You will maintain the cleanliness of all kitchen area appliances. You must be able to be on your feet for a full 8 hour shift, and lift up to 20 pounds. Additionally, food service employees must be able to perform cashier and money-handling responsibilities.

Laundry services employees are responsible for supplying the housekeeping staff with sufficient quantities of clean linens and other materials. You will prepare linens and tablecloths for weddings, banquets and other events, and will help clean the events facilities after functions end. You will make sure that laundry room materials and chemicals are stocked and organized. Laundry services employees must be able to be on their feet for a full 8 hour shift, and lift up to 20 pounds.

Landscaping crew will mow lawns, eliminate weeds, water gardens, and remove trash from lodging units after guests have checked out.

Housekeeping staff
are responsible for keeping all lodging facilities in a constant state of readiness for incoming guests. All surfaces will be dust-free, kitches will be cleaned and organized, linens will be changed, fireplaces and floors will be cleaned, porches will be swept, and all surfaces will be disinfected.
